Job RoleAble to maintain cleanliness in the officePreparing and serving Coffee or Tea for official employees and official guestsOrganize office and assist associates in ways that optimize proceduresArranging meeting room and personal officeServe beverages to guests and office personnel as requestedGreet and assists guests visiting the officeProvide clerical assistance to office staff as requestedClean, dust, and mop office floors by using a variety of equipment and suppliesEnsure that cleaning liquids are mixed in correct and safe quantitiesWipe down desks and chairs and make sure that stubborn smears are removed using appropriate cleaning materialsEmpty trash cans and ashtrays and make sure that all trash is properly disposedClean and wash down windows and ensure that they are dried properlyEnsure that the office kitchen and equipment is properly cleaned and maintainedWash down restrooms and ensure they are sanitized properlyReplenish towels, soap, and toilet paper in bathrooms on a regular basisWipe down walls, doors, and wall hangings using appropriate types of cleaners and clothReplace light bulbs and identify maintenance issue
